Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and include clear photo or video evidence. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund at no extra cost. 

General requests:

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, we do not require physical returns for most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we’ll review your request. 

Important conditions:

- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

- Photo or video evidence may be required to process claims

- Items showing excessive misuse, damage, or abnormal wear may not be eligible

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved
